Babylon was a thriller starts out with a high concept theoretical problem posed by society allowing for the legal option of suicide. Then about 2⁄3 into the show, it devolves into something on par with Psycho-Pass S2.

Psycho-Pass S2 is another good (bad) one. What a difference in quality having another writer makes.
